One word to describe Otrera: enthusiasm

What drives you in the project
Being part of a great story, the most promising one in terms of its chances of success, by making my contribution which is recognized, particularly among
those, the vast majority, who have not experienced the sodium-cooled fast reactor sector.

Your background before Otrera
As a hydraulics and fluid mechanics engineer – thermal (ENSEEIHT Toulouse), I spent 40 years at Novatome, which became Framatome, in the service of sodium-cooled fast reactors. I performed thermohydraulic calculations before becoming responsible for primary circuit equipment. The major accelerator in my career was taking charge of the leak tests for the 3rd containment barrier (the dome) of SUPERPHENIX. Subsequently at the PHENIX plant for Renovation work, operational support throughout the 6 cycles until production shutdown. Finally, I was Architect of the ASTRID Project, on the Secondary Loops, then on the Primary Circuit.
