Your background before Otrera
As a nuclear engineer from ENSPG (PHELMA) / INSTN, I have managed several nuclear facility construction projects at the CEA over the past 30 years. I also participated in the ATRID project and spent 12 years on the JHR project, first on the reactor construction site and then on the design project for experimental devices.
